This time is all about YOU, our Store Leaders! Your three days in the Miami/Aventura area are all about giving you the tools you need to drive stronger success within your stores through your leadership. This is all done through Learning, Networking and Celebrating.

For three days, you will hear from (and meet with) your business leaders. In an intimate setting, you'll to hear from executives in a way you may not normally have the opportunity to. 

From your corporate partners, to special guests, you will receive tangible "take-backs" that you can begin implementing in your 4 walls as soon as you return home.

NETWORKING

Whether it's dedicated time with your district, breaks in between sessions, group work or even evening receptions, you'll have the exciting opportunity to meet with your MK family!

Of course this time is also for honoring YOU and your hard work and dedication to Michael Kors. This entire conference is a celebration of you and the ongoing potential the business sees in you and your work. Throughout the conference, this dedication will be called out and honored!
